The Sales Managers and Sales Rep’s are, of course, eager to learn everything about the new, stunningly beautiful Volvo V90 - and this WBT gives insight from a brand and design perspective down to detailed descriptions of new features.

SELLING THE NEW VOLVO S90 AND V90

After the WBT’s Introducing the new Volvo S90 and V90, the Sales Rep’s are given deeper insight to the features and benefits of the new models and how they can be presented to a prospective customer. This WBT has a strong focus on a scenario based customer perspective, and how to meet their needs.

MY VOLVO NEXT

The My Volvo Next training informs and quizzes sales representatives about the many features and benefits of My Volvo. The training provides the learner with knowledge and skills to promote and explain the service to customers.

VOLVO GENUINE ACCESSORIES

This e-learning educates the learner about the unique selling points of Volvo Genuine Accessories through short, to the point texts, images with clickable hotspots for more information and a concluding knowledge test.

VOLVO CARS EXCHANGE SYSTEM

Through storytelling and embedded questions, the Volvo Cars Exchange System training high-lights the many benefits of returning cores, and guides the user through the core return handling step by step.

REMANUFACTURING

”As good as new”? Sometimes, actually, even better… This WBT is all about how Volvo, for decades, has taken care of the core parts in older or damaged cars, and through a strict process remanufacture parts and make them available to the workshops. All remanufactured parts have the same warranty as a new Volvo Original part.

WORKING AS A PST

The seven video based chapters of this e-learning inform about workshop team organisation, customer contact, what defines “a good day” for a PST, and how to handle delays and complaints.

The ”Specma SimSystems” WBT was created to introduce the new Specma SimSystems to the sales representatives at the company’s 2017 late summer kickoff, and move them from selling hydraulic tubing to simulation service.

The Volvo Car Group is now a listed company, which means that communicating the right information to the correct recipient, at the proper time, through the correct channel has become more important than ever. The purpose of this training is to provide food for thought regarding communication decisions that many of us make on a regular basis.
